how can i make a password to be entered before firefox can be opened?

I'm using 1.5.0.9 and don't see any clear-cut options for doing this.

You could setup your computer to require a login at startup, depending on the OS and your adminstrative privileges. Dunno if that would help.

You can't do this, but you might find an add on at Mozilla's website

As far as I know, there's no way to do it that's built into FF, but I'm sure that there's an extension for that, so just check out the mozilla site and see what you can find.

You can't unless you have some kind of stand alone encryption software. As far as i know, nobody has made an extension for this yet.
