who told u to put tooth paste on a cd? tooth paste is not a smooth substance youd put on something delicate..... ud be better off just cleaning it with a rag, if it still doesnt work then buy the cd again

Go into Sanity, or ur nearest cd shop...and ask to buy the cd cleaning kit, it comes with a cloth and a cleaning cream, it gets rid if junk and scratches, and plays brilliantly, never use water, or toothpaste, it only makes it worse...hope it helps

well it's messed up, and once that happens there is nothing else you can do about it (there probably is, but its more expensive than buying an actual cd)
