I currently have a 1GB Ipod Nano. I was wondering if you could add more memory to it. Can you do this? Will it erase everything else?

yes you can, but you have to install a new hard drive.... and it's probably not the ipods nano size but it will also be more expensive.... (not to mention that it would need to be opened)

No, you can't. Pay no attention to the other poster, the Nano's don't have a hard drive.

The chip is hardwired onto the motherboard. If you want more capacity you'll have to upgrade to a new Nano.

Ipods are tricky stress based mp3 gamers. The mp3 gamers that are expandable are flash-based mp3 gamers. regrettably, i do no longer think of there is any way you may upload memory on your iPod without commencing it up and by some potential including memory such as you're able to for a working laptop or computing gadget.
