If you HONESTLY BELIEVED there was a way for us to live peacefully with radical muslims, or they weren't so radical or whatever, would you prefer that to war?

I'm not suggesting we can or cannot live at peace with these people. I'm just trying to gauge how many people view war as an unfortunate "last resort" or a necessary evil and how many people genuinely relish the idea of going in and "kicking ***" regardless of the collateral damage or consequences.

I can't wait until all this foolishness is over, and the lion lays down with the lamb. He shall rebuke many people, and judge among the nations. They shall beat their swords into plow-shears, and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation shall not lift up sword against nation and neither shall they learn war any more.
Just as they war on terror was won two thousand years ago at Golgotha. And I am not terrorized, war has ended in my heart and I am at peace. I fear not those who can kill the body but not the soul. Eternity is all that counts. It is the longest run.
The reason radical Muslims are successful in terrorizing the western world is they have faith and do not fear death while the west has none and are easily intimidated.
Trust in what you profess. Have faith in God and the Love of Christ, and no one will ever be able to terrorize you again.
Rome was the strongest most feared terrorist state of all time and it was brought down by the fearless death of a carpenters son in the lowliest of all territories, Judea.

We are a violent race. Every since there have been more than 3 people on this planet someone had to die (Cain vs Abel). That aside, most advances have come from warfare (from roads, the plow, the neck tie, to pants, to radar, sonar, jet engines, plastic, kevlar, nuclear energy, radios, the internet, cell phones, space travel). Mankind will always strive for more effecient ways to kill one another-thus inventing new things. Peace lacks such motivation. People become complacent and it lacks war's sense of urgency. Things are invented, yes; but not as much or as fast. War is needed; liked or not.

Definitely peace. But radical Muslims have made it very clear the only way that will happen is if we are all Muslims.

Ever hear the saying, "Those who want peace, prepare for war"?

i believe that if war is needed to bring peace than it is necessary
but if it is just a meaningless war then... no, no war needed there
the bible says that at the end of the war is Armageddon (or however you spell it) and then peace.... so technically i think that is pretty much saying sometimes war is needed before peace

I can't stand the people that don't support the war.... i mean it was the troups desicion to go to war anyways... plus there would be even more attacks on america if we hadn't gone to war.
DON'T SKIP THIS ONE JUST BECAUSE IT IS LONGER

I say we should be a nation of peace!!!! but in war we should slaughter all who oppose us....... Muslims like Rosie O'Donnell should have there tendons cut and stuck in a pit with some hungry pigs and eaten alive ..... we should video tape it for future muslims who think their sh** don't stink

I don't believe that we could... but if it were done, then I would live with it. War isn't something that I agree with whole-heartedly, but it is a "necessary evil."
