Any cheap non-phone company dsl companies?

I live in Pennsylvania and have dial-up and want to go back to DSL or another faster internet that's not too expensive and doesn't go through cable or phone company b/c I live with someone else and the phone bill is in their name and I want to get my own bill for it and we have satellite so can't get it through the cable company. Anyone know of any?

You can easily get a second phone line and have it in your name. Actually, you can get 3 in a typical house, and if they ran a new line to it within the past decade, you can get more.

There is of course, WiFi, but I don't know what you have there. We have a couple of companies that do it in our small town, I'd think they'd be able to do it there.

It will take an outside ant, and the equipment cost could run in excess of $200.
