If she goes some place, without telling you, and you don't know where she is, she has a guilty conscience, there are stuff around the hous like boxers or a shirt that doesn't belong to you.If she just acts really suspicious period, she might be cheating.So if you feel your wife's cheating, hire someone to spy on her or something.
Oh, and she gets bored during lovemaking sessions, that might be a sign..either that or you're a bad lover...no jk lol

A woman's opinion: New underwear that she's not showing off to you is a pretty good sign. A new hair style. If she's feeling sexy, it'll show...and if you haven't done anything special to make her feel that way, there's a good chance someone else has. Nothing makes a woman feel sexier than a man finding her attractive.
Of course, it may just be that she got tired of waiting for you to do something to make her feel sexy and decided to do it for herself (I've done that on occassion without having an affair)
Maybe the easiest way to find out is just to ask her.

she stays out late at night and dont pick up the cell when you call.... she suddenly gets a whole new make over clothes ,hair etc...you catch her lying all the time...the phone rings and everytime you pick it up they hang up but it never happens to her.. (that is when you star 69 it)
she tell you she is going to work and calls in sick.. she tell you she is working late and you go by the job and everyone is gone...do i really need to go on and on

Just look for changes in her behavior, her habits, her looks her attitude. Especially her attitude towards you. She will probably be defensive if you confront her. And if I were you I would.
