Cress Building Ghost?

In El Paso TX there is a building called the Cress Building? It is said that there have been 911 calls coming from there from a little girl who was murdered there years ago. Does anyone know more about this?

I knew the downtown El Paso public libarary was built on an old cemetery and it's definitely haunted but hadn't heard the Kress Building was haunted. There may be more information here:
