PROM DRESS DRAMA ! ! ! help, help, help !! !?

Question

Everyone in my high school is rambling on about how they are going to look amazing in their prom dresses. How am I supposed to tell what color dress I am supposed to wear? I want my color to stand out, and be nothing like anyone elses, but how do I decide. I have fair toned skin, brown eyes, and dirty blonde hair. What color should I wear?

Well you can wear a poofy dress that will stand out a lot maybe too much or a simple dress. I would go for the red, blue, green, purple area. Since your complextion is brown eyes and dirty blonde hair. If you choose the green make sure it is a pretty mint green. If you choose the purple make sure it is a pretty lavender or a darker pretty purple. For the blue i would say hot baby blue or regular pretty blue. If you choose the poofy dress makesure it goes with the mint green color cuz that would make a really cute dress. Or with the blue go for short in front long in the back those are really cute. If you don't like any of those colors you can go for the simple black or white and how ever style you would like it. Try getting these made cuz some of them are too specific if you know what i mean.

Try a dress like Hilary Duff in the movie "A Cinderella Story"

Green always looks good on blondes, then again so does every colour.

Go for something that is strapless and lacy.

Blonde girls like you always stand out and look great in hot pinks, corals, every year there is a different hot colour and it's so hard to know what it is. In my class that colour was green, the year before that blue. The weird thing is every girl with a green dress bought it to be different.

i wish i could help, i like to think i have good taste
i would say to either go with lightening up your hair to lighter blond, or going darker, i would also tell you to stay out of the sun so that your skin stays pale, but make sure that your skin is blemish free, and go with RED, dark red, with black accents, like the purse, shoes, hair clip, red lips and red eye makeup.
or go with white dress with red accents, with dark tanned skin, i think that it has to be planned out so that you do stand out, and look hot, and not just hot but hotter than you've ever looked, perhaps start a jogging regimen, and a skin regimen, so that you dont look like a sore thumb, start now so that you will look very natural, and it will be the night of your life. be safe and have fun

wear jeans an a tshirt thats what I did :) i saved the money i would have bought on a prom dress and now have $10,000 instead of a prom dress that is just sitting in the closet not being worn

the only tip i can give you is make your dress UNIQUE. the last thing you want is for your dress to look like everyone else's

this is what you do go to a different town so no one else will have this dress i think that light almost skye blue would look cute!!

I agree that a blouse gown will make u loom taller bubits prom and u r commonly to be fancy and chic and placed on. lengthy gown however the purely opinion that concerns is urs. solid success! ;)
