I had that during puberty, feels like a bruise behind the nipples. Its normal and yes I even thought it was breast cancer! Its up to you to tell yr parents bout it and go to a doctor. My brothers went thru that also, and I assure them its just yr body changing by going thru puberty, in other words its normal. You decide.

You are a little young, but men can suffer of tumors in their chest just like breast cancer to women which is called pectoral cancer in men.
I would see your docor asap, another member mentioned Monday but that is a holiday and most doctors offices may be closed. Call first thing Tuesday morning.
Good Luck

no, Most young males get this.. Although your a guy you have an extremely small amount of estrogen in your body, at one point in time more than testosterone, this can cause lumps in your chest, etc. This usually goes away when your puberty kicks in
if it doesn't go away in a year or so, then yea sounds like Something is wrong

Breast cancer is known to start as early as 12...keep an eye on it. If you are just hitting puberty, it could be your body just getting all your milk ducts in order...for future use. Or it could be something that happens for your period... It is best to check your breasts often so that you know how they react to things like periods. If it is worrying you, talk to your mom, or maybe the school nurse if that is more comfortable. If this is abnormal for you, it wouldn't hurt to see a doctor. Good luck to you. And I'm sure you are okay.

It could be a cyst that has developed. I think you should show a doctor and he would be able to tell you and discuss removing it. If they remove it, it will get sent away for biopsy to be tested and then you can rest easy when you get your answer.
Good Luck and see your doctor:)

See your doctor asap. Probably nothing to worry about but you must be observed by a doctor.
