Bush isn't arranging anything in Iraq, that is just more of the liberal lies to try and make matters worse.
Iraq is already conservative, far more so than this country ever will be. And as far as the so called 'progressive tax' that is an idiot idea in the first place that even a far less developed country like Iraq rejects.
Stop trying to convince the world we should all be socialists. It will never work, history proves socialism is a failure time after time.

I didn't think Donald Rumsfeld had it planned that far ahead, or maybe we're just stuck on plan "C." Right now, I think most Iraqis are more concerned about not getting blown up, or blowing up somone who exploded their son in law, etc. (maybe it was an american "smart"-bomb.)
