I am interested in a home in my area that is 2 bedroom 1 bath with hardwood floors with cedar trim. Stove and Refridirator included. Central Heat and Air. With a 8X16 poor with tin roof included. It is a Must Move. Is this too High for this home. Help!

Is the land included or would you be making lot rent payments in addition to that? If the land is included, this is a very good deal, considering the hardwood floors and cedar trim. The appliances you can always pick up somewhere, so that's not a big deal. It sounds like a good deal. I would talk to the closest post office and ask them if it's a good neighborhood. Also UPS, the local pizza place that delivers, and the police. They will have good information about whether or not you want to make a permanent move to the area.

what's the condition of the home? Is it 12x50 etc.?
