Sure can!!! It might have taken a bit longer to get down in to the uterus and attach itself there.

my preg tests were negative for six days after i missed my period. then finally a positive.:)

Yes, you could still be pregnant. Keep checking. I got a negative one day and then a postive the next. It depends on your HCG levels.

NO, your period is just late.
It will come in a few days.
That is why your pregnancy tests are negative.
