I finished writing my novel, but I don't know how to send it to get published, or which publisher I can send it to !

You'll want to contact a few publishers. Do some research and find some publishers who publish your genre. Most publishers ask for a portion of your manuscript and a synopsis or a pitch saying what your novels about, a brief summary, and why they should publish it. Check with the publisher before hand and see exactly what they want.

Depending upon what it is you are trying to get published I would go to your local library and check out the Writer's Market. Ask the librarian for help if you cannot find what you are looking for it may be in reference section.

You need a literary agent to submit your manuscript to prospective publishers.
You have to know someone in publishing, or have a friend that can introduce you to his or her publisher.
You can self-publish on LuLu.com.
