No.It's not that scarce,there are no "superpower "nations other than the U.S. and they would have plenty of their own if it came right down to it.Tell the environmental wackos to shut up and start drilling.

Probably not. There is a ton of oil. Just the oil in the sands in Canada could supply the world next 100 year is processed. The cause of WWIII will be the Republican party, the huge government they created the last ten years in the US. America will no longer be able to afford to defend itself because all the $ will go to this monster govt so war will escalate. Asia will no longer lend us enough $ as tax receipts fall due to a slowing economy. Republicans get the credit for creating a runaway govt that will drain us.

No it won't and in fact there are several alternative fuels being developed that will eliminate the need for petroleum based fuel. The petroleum wars will revolve around third world countries who haven't reached the level of bio technological expertise and will be dependent on petroleum fuel sources provided by none other than the oil moguls of the world. China is now after all these years starting to expand its transportation resource with automobiles instead of the traditional bicycle which unfortunately will contribute greatly to world pollution. The US will inevitably be making the transition to all Hybrid and fully electric vehicles plus there are other bio fuels in the development stages that are non polluting and offer more power than petroleum products. Unfortunately the money mongers of the world will not discriminate for the sake of environmental protection and resort to indiscreet sales to poor nations for the sake of profits at the expense of peoples health and the health and well being of our future progeny. Sick isn't it?

No because we have affordable Hybrid cars now. But they will scare everyone into it if they can us it as an excuse to create the WWIII so they can finally complete their mission of the New World Order and take us all in captivity to make their inhumane world. We are in a 9 year Global Warming period that will promote this germ warfare too, and that is another reason to stop the petroleum and nuke those oil fields, bring back the covered wagons and horses, and use hybrids if we can save this earth.
