Why is passing gas such a huge question on here? In pregnancy its normal, its not a pleasant part of pregnancy, but it does happen. ALOT! and at the worst times too!
I am curious, I dont mean any disrespect to anyone about this. Are there many women who have major issues with this?

Farting during pregnancy is like you said just a normal part of pregnancy. Because of hormones, your digestive system slows down, which in turn can build up alor of gas in your belly and cause alot of farting. Yes many women have big issues, but come on if a women is pregnant, she can fart whenever she needs to, I mean she is growing a baby, farting is the least we can let her do. :)

Farting can be a problem when you are pregnant. If, you make a funny fart and everyone get laughing you may laugh too hard and the baby pop out. ;-)
