Thank you cs-mn. Roy Halee was indeed the voice of Mighty Mouse, but my question was about the voice of the theme song; not the character-- Mighty Mouse.

Mighty Mouse was originally voiced by Roy Halee. He also provided the singing voice.
His son also named Roy Halle is a record producer best known for producing several albums with Simon and Garfunkel, including the Grammy-winning Bridge Over Troubled Water.
Another show called The New Adventures of Mighty Mouse and Heckle & Jeckle, premiered in 1979 and lasted for about 2 seasons. Mighty Mouse was then voiced by veteran voice artist Alan Oppenheimer.
