Bring her to the doctor! Or a women's clinic. She needs to be checked out.

Even though her mom works for Kaiser...it's still her Mom, so she may be very afraid to tell her. But, you need to make sure that she knows that she did nothing wrong - so it's okay to talk to her mom!!! Even if she DID do something wrong - it's still okay to talk to her mom!!!
Tell her that you understand that she's scared, and that you'll be there when she tells her mom about the problem (if she wants you to). It's important that she gets medical attention.
And the last resort - if she can't talk to her mom, or doesn't want to file it on her Mom's insurance: She can go to a Planned Parenthood to get a Pap Smear and Pelvic Exam. Any age can go without their parent's consent. This way she can get medical attention and take care of herself. That is what is important.
Go to www.plannedparenthood.com to find the nearest clinic to you. But, I'd still recommend telling the mom. Her mom loves her and wants the best for her.

I assume you guys are teenagers or early 20s. Planned Parenthood is probably your best bet. Their doctors are first-rate and they are used to dealing with issues with girls your age. One of the nicer things about Planned Parenthood is that it's affordable. Most of the time when you stop getting your period at this age it's because you're anorexic / bulimic. I'm not sure why she does not want her Mom to find out unless she's a big pain and is going to hassle her for not telling her earlier (yeah I had one of those micro-manager moms too). You can go with her for moral support. BUT if it does turn out to be serious she might have to tell her Mom anyway.

She is really being stupid. What sounds like happened is she had internal injuries from the accident. Maybe from the seat belt and the impact.
Let her know if she does not take care of this now, she will be very sorry later on. I won't go into details, but it can get much worse.

Depending on how old she is , her mother does not need to know what happened and can see the doctor without her mother knowing, but you are right, this is very scary and needs medical attention right away, if she is underage, she could go to the clinic, and , they are obligated by law, to keep her medical information private

She may have caused some kind of trauma to her reproductive system. She needs to have it checked out because, even though she seems fine, she may have some scar tissue or other things built up inside of her. Which is more important? Her mom finding out or her life? Give her that question.

The bruising may have severely messed up her reproductive system. I strongly suggest she see a doctor and soon......the damage may be reversible but the longer she waits chances are it won't be.
I guessing you and your friend are still young....she may wish to have children someday and this could come back to haunt her. Get to a doctor!!!!!!!!!!!

her mother would never know. confidentiality and all.
tell her to go to planned parenthood. they can help her if she is so concerned about her mum.
i don't know how old she is but i'm guessing under 18? she needs to make sure everything is okay. she wouldn't want to end up with brittle bones or sterile

there is bound to be a planned parenthood or WIC office in your city/town. she's 14, her mother would be concerned about her daughter ability to have children if she is not having periods this is a problem, i find it hard to believe her mother hasn't noticed.

She definately needs to go, there must be some women's clinic, she could go to and be anonymous but she really should be seen and she should tell her Mom too, its not your friends fault that this happened to her.
