I'm 26 and she is 15 and is also pregnant after we had sex because the condom broke.. I also know that she is underage and feel bad about that too. I just really don't want the responsibility of having a baby, but I will help in anyway she wants me to and be there for her.

Why are you having sex with a 15 year old in the first place?? You know that sex = pregnancy and you take that risk everytime you have sex. I'm not even sure what else to tell you. You're a man and she's a young adult, you should be more than willing to help and be there for her, but then again her parents may not feel the same way and that could make the situation worse. What the hell are you thinking? You got some issues. First, your *** is going to a big brick hell hole where you'll learn about older men. Don't tell them you got a 15 y.o. girl pregnant. Be a father to your child as much as possilbe from jail. Send child support payments from the money you get from picking up trash along the highway. I don't want to know why you were having sex with a 15 y.o., but since you did, you have to take responsibility for your actions. Grow up, talk to her, tell her parents and sell all of your belongings cause you'll need money to send your baby while you're in prison. It's not a matter of her parents pressing charges, they don't have to. You have now admitted online, on a public website to statutory rape. I do wish you the best of luck to you, your baby's mama and your child. Your child will need the most luck of any of you!

Sound like you may be going to jail...what were you thinking by sleeping with a 15 year old. You must tell her parents before something goes wrong and she or the fetus is hurt. And it is a little late to be worring about not wanting the responsibility of having a child. Good Luck and don't make the child suffer because YOU did something stupid.

The only thing you both can do is talk to both parents about it and all concerned especially you and your girlfriend decide what to do. I'm talking about keeping the baby or possibly giving it up for adoption once it's born. I applaud you for excepting your responsibilities involving the baby and hopefully her parents like you a lot so you don't end up in trouble for getting her pregnant. good luck to you. ;o)

She needs to finish school, get emancipated, marry you, raise the kid, and live life... Since you are 26 you should be able to really guide her through life, seeing that you have already learned from MOST of your mistakes... nobodys perfect, but help her be a good mom, and help her grow up... Try and make friends with the parents, seeing you will probably have to deal with them through this too.... oh by the way, watch out for the D.A. In some states the state can file statetory rape charges on behalf of the young party, even if they dont want to file charges... keep on the good side, and show your trying to be a good father, and supporter of her, and you shouldnt have any problems... She needs to first discuss this with her parents and see what she wants to do.
Whether she wants to give the baby up for adoption or what..
First of all the baby doesnt understand that his or her mother is only 15 and their father really doesnt want a baby. It is not the baby's fault. If she is going to raise the child you need to be there and be a dad. There are to many children in the world with out fathers. Dont add to the millions!!!

Do the right thing,and offer to marry her,or else you'll probably go to jail. You should have realized that having sex with a minor would probably end up in such a situation.
She needs to tell her parents,and you need to say your the father of that child.

as the mum of a 17 year old girl personally would be polishing my gun at this point cos jail would be the MUCH softer option for you, leastwise it would be after I had finished with you.
Sorry but you are pretty sad as a human being and she would be MUCH better off without you period.........and yeah you felt sooooo bad that this issue would not even come up IF you had not got caught.
