Not only will water help you lose weight, it has a MILLION other health benefits. Water DOES help to fill you up so that you don't feel like eating as much, but that's not all.
Water helps you replace the collagen in your skin, helping your skin stay softer and more moisturized as well as helping you to heal faster when you have a superficial wound. Also, here in America, we pump our system full of toxins, and drinking extra water helps you flush those toxins out.
Often, mild dehydration has rather surprising symptoms. Headaches, often confused with migraines, can present themselves in the mildly dehydrated patient, as well as "munchies," or mild hunger pangs. If you are sure to drink plenty of water, you may realize that your system requires water, not food, thus reducing your caloric intake.
Hope that helps!

Yes, water along with the proper exercise and diet will help you loose weight. If you are drinking a lot of water but not exercising or on a healthy diet with a lot of veggies and nutrients then you will not loose weight.

water fills you up. often we think we are hungry when we are just dehydrated.
the best thing to do is drink at least 10 glasses of water a day if you are active. and eat 6 small meals instead of 3 large ones. eat whole foods - nothing processed.

When we stay properly hydrated, we have more energy, an improved sense of well-being, greater stamina and endurance during physical activity and better digestion and elimination (one of the most common causes of constipation is dehydration). Good hydration tends to reduce overeating, since people often grab something to eat when they actually need something to drink.
Maintaining proper hydration keeps the metabolic rate higher and the body functioning efficiently. Thus, aiding with weightloss and resolving many other health related problems.

Water has no calories, no carbs.. no fat
I'd figure its probably the best thing to drink, Except for the occasional glass of milk for your calcium and your Orange juice for vitamin C
Plus its really good on your kidneys, they dont have to do as much work that way.. they will last longer and you will have less kidney stones

Water is not a "diet". Water will help when you are trying to lose weight, carrying the toxins, etc. out and cleansing the body.

Water is just water. Drink too much and you lose your body's salt balance, drink too little and you dehydrate. Its not a diet food.
