Work Agreement shall be taken to mean a legal agreement where both the First Party and Second Party bind themselves each to the other to a work relationship as stipulated in this Work Agreement in order to carry out their obligations and duties as mentioned in the following articles, and in the documents *as* determined in the terms and conditions of this work agreement, which constitute an inseparable part of this Work Agreement.
