Think opposite--brown will make your eyes POP! What I do is line my eyes with dark brown and use a green/pink combination on the lids. It may not sound attractive, but it looks VERY nice when I put it on.

Contrasting, blue eyeshadow will make brown eyes pop.

Here are some tips:

1) Don't over-use make up. Don't plaster a black ring around your eyes or use heavy mascara. Think light.

2) Experiment with colors. Just because you have blue eyes doesn't mean you can't use blue eyeshadow; it just means they won't pop as much. I've used a brown/blue combination before and looked very nice. Shimmery eye shadows will look nice, most of the time.

3) Use make up brushes, not the brushes included with your make up. In other words get a professional set from Target or Wal-Mart and have fun! You will never learn until you try. Also, look at make up you like on other girls and in magazines. Figure out why you like the look and try to match it.

4) Don't throw out a color immediately. You never know when you may use it. I never thought I would like a light purple, but now it's my stand-by if I'm in a rush and don't have time to do anything but put some eyeliner, mascara and one shade of eye shadow on.

The black eyeliner/shadow racoon look is always AWESOME...but....to make you eyes stand out and make them look brighter, I suggest the line that Almay makes. They have just the right colors for any color of eyes! Brown, Navy, and Blue and Purple are all good colors to enhance your pretty pretty eyes!

I have blue eyes too. I like to use black or dark blue eyeliner and just a little blue eyeshadow. You have to be careful with blue eyeshadow though. You only need a little bit.

Luckily I have fairly long eyelashes so I just use dark brown or black mascara.

I would recommend using a dark, deep brown shade in the crease and bringing it to the outer corner and blending to lengthen the eye area. A nice, dark liner will also intensify the look. Then, use a light color on your brow bone...it'll be sure to make your eyes pop.

Well, I have blue eyes as well, and the perfect colors to use are either, dark blue if your eyes are light blue, or a purplish shade.

Also, using MAC black eyeliner will help any eyes stand out.

For blue eyes, blue eyeshadow intensifies blue, and brown shadow makes the blue really pop. For eyeliner, you should wear deep blue or brown. I recommend mark makeup such as-
I-Mark eyeshadow in Airy, Daybreaker (blues) or Wings, Tiki (browns)
Winkstick Hook Up in Moody (blue) or Glitzy, Wealthy (browns)
Eyemarker in Dark Denim (deep blue) or Cocoa (brown)

Just a few suggestions! Good luck

I have blue eyes and I have been experimenting with different
eye shadow colors for years. I am now using a dark blue shadow which I put on very close to my eyelashes and I also line my lower lash line. I highlight this with pink and my eyes really
shine.

blue. I got my eyeliner from sephora in an electric blue. im blonde so black eyeliner makes me look like a whore. But blue adds the same dramatic look in a lighter shade and also excentualtes my eyes. but it looks strange if your not wearing blue. if youre not wearing blue use a light bit of blue eyeshadow but not too much or else youll end up looking like a little girl playing with her barbie make up (acctually im not sure if they make that but you get the point).

Teal eyeshadow on the whole lid then apply a brown eyeshadow on the outer corners then apply a white shiny cream shadow to the inner corners then use white and brown eye liner to make them really pop ! :)

black eyeliner, brown eyeshadow and some white eyeshadow in the inner corners of your eyes. I wouldn't recommend blue eyeshadow on blue eyes, it's too much
