For giving up cigarettes? Any success stories?

No. I actually took a hypnotherapy course (wasted a lot of money) became certified and never practiced because it was such a farce.

I quit cigarettes in 2004 but before that I tried hypnotherapy. It was not only a waist of time but also a waist of money.

I've heard that hypnotherapy only works if you believe it is going to work. I don't know if that's true or not. It might be easier and cheaper to just use that nicotine gum or something.

Nope - tried it once and got ZERO results. They wouldn't give me a refund either !!!
