I personally don't care for most rap, but I am open to all kinds of music. I would say the worst KIND of music is that which glorifies killing and hurting others, breaking the laws, and telling people it basically ok to run wild with no regard for anyone but yourself. Songs like that teach selfishness as a way of life. It's made even worse when the singers and groups live their songs in real life. People see them doing it and getting away with it (or only getting a slap on the wrist) and it becomes acceptable behavior.

A week ago i would've said RAP, i'm still not a rap fan , but i started a new job this week where i'm forced to listen to Country Music for 8 hrs a day, and THAT has to be the WORST! Come on!!!! "That's my house and that's my car....That's my dog in my backyard.." ????? Every one of those dumb hillbilly songs has to have some "wanna-be clever-gimme some sugar and gag me with a git-r-dun bumper sticker" !! I'm becoming violent about the whole thing and just may become the first person to go postal on a workspace radio!

I think rap is because rap artists don't use any instruments (except for the Gym Class Heroes, who rock). If there are no instruments, then it shouldn't be called music. Plus, a lot of rap (not all of it) has bad words/themes.

rap...granted, rhymes have to be made up, etc., however, only so many words can rhyme with F- - -, etc., also, there is no musical talent required. do any rappers actually know how to play an instrument? or are they just sampling other people's stuff because they can't do it themselves....ie. Eminem "Sing for the Moment"....it's Aerosmith's "Dream On"....truly an annoying form of musical "entertainment".

Rap is the worst. It has no real meaning behind the songs. Rap songs are all about making money, not connecting to their fans through words.

I don't really like country because it is just to boring and there voices sound wierd. zzzzzzzzzz Of course everyone is going to say rap. There is good rap and there is hardcore rap.

i would have to say classical because of the screeching sounds of all the instruments playing next is Opera kuz of all the screaming they do and it sounds like a bunch of banshees singing and last one is country which i listen to sometimes kuz all they do is whine about either losing someone or something

i almost answered rap, but then i remembered an icky little genre called techno. how dreadfull. its completly awful because: techno "artists" aren't musicians and usually arnt the best vocalists.
