Neither is better than the other; both just have their goods and bads.

BATH
Good: Soaking in hot water is a great way to relax, and it's easier to wash your feet since you don't have worry about toppling over and ramming your head into the wall.

Bad: You get to be surrounded by the dirt you've collected for the entire day. (I personally don't believe that, especially if there's soap in the water. Soap makes water wetter by breaking its surface tension, and since dirt clings to water, and water clings to water on your body, dirt has a tougher time clinging to you with soap in the water.)

SHOWER
Good: Dirtaphobes don't have to worry about being immersed in the day's filth, and having streams of hot water pounding away on some tense muscles really helps to relax them.

Bad: It's tougher to wash your feet since you have worry about toppling over and ramming your head into the wall.

No the shower is better because in the bath the the dirt just stays in the tub and when your in shower it goes down the drane right there.

no a shower is better cause when you take a shower the dirt comes off your body and into the drain but in the bath the dirt comes off your body and into water and your sitting in dirty water and getting dirty again

To me taking a bath is gross because when you wash all the dirt off it gets right back in the tub water then you have too sit right back down in that nasty water or when you have soap on your body you lay down in the tub and rinse off with dirty water and when you sitting down and dipping your soap in the water your bathing in nasty so i like a shower because the dirty water goes right out.

unless you have a medical reason no, when you take a bath you still have to sit in the dirty water until you get out, think about dish washing, you use the same water to wash them all but at the end you rinse the soap off of them, along with the dirty water

in a shower once your done cleaning yourself you rinse the dirty soap off all nice and clean now

A bath is good for relaxation, but using bubbles, and other stuff like that can cause bladder infections, and vaginal infections. Showers keep that from happening.

Actually i have no idea.
But personally, i think that a show is better for you.Because it rinses off all the dirt, etc.
Rather than just let it soak on you. But it depends how dirty you are i guess.
