What you want to do is called a complete system restore, you can do a system restore that does not erase your files but it goes back to when your computer was working better. This may or may not work depending on what is wrong with the computer. So if you are sure you want it in the state that it was when you got it out of the box then do a complete system restore by doing the following:

To do that, find the cd of the operating system (Windows XP, 2000, 98 etc.) that came with the computer and put it in and follow the instructions for a system restore.
If no cd came with your computer then the restore information is probably on the hard drive and to restore it, restart your computer and while starting up you should see a screen that says something about "hit (whatever) key for system restore" and then follow instructions.

Please note when you do this ALL settings, programs and files that you added or changed will be lost and you will have to start over. So be sure to back up your files if you still want them.

If you dont have the CD system recovery.
You could try the System Restore which takes you back to a time when your computer was working good. Go To:
start
programs
accessories
systems tools
system restore
This process is completely reversable. And does not remove your personal files. Just go back one checkpoint at a time until your puter is working good again.

well lets see.
first of all you will need some computer knowledge or some one to help you out.
then you will need your original Operating System disk with you.
now disconnect power to your pc and open the cabin. you will find the BIOS reset button or the jumper. reset it.
or you will have to remove the two round battery for two minutes so that it can reset.

now replace the battery and start up your system.
enter BIOS pressing F2 when the system powers up and configure the system.
save settings and restart. now insert your Operating System disk
and reinstall your Operating System .
