By means of a sewing needle. Sanitize it by putting the needle on fire for 5 minutes and then just pierce it through where u desire.

hey i have pierced my lip by myself once.
Actually my friend did it.
She put ice on my lip and made it "numb"
Then she pierces it through.
Then just put an earring on it.
Make sure you clean it!!!!!!!
With rubbing alcohol or even warm soap and water!!!!
Seriously..or it may get infected!!!
and try not to pick on or take off the ring alot!!!!!
Take the ring off once a day for cleaning.

you can stick a needle in it really really hard. it will hurt though. and you'll certainly get an infection or burst a nerve. so don't do it yourself. It's one of the unsafest things you can do to your body

You shouldn't, it could get infected. You need to go to someone who is licensed, and has a good reputation so you don't get infected from them either.
