Im 13 and I am about 5'6. I can already touch the backboard on a 10 foot hoop. What can I do to get more "ups" thus being able to dunk?

There are lots of ways. One is to lock your knees and jump for two minutes. Another is to jump regular for a minute. Then get on stairs, put your toes on the edge, and put your heel down as far as it will go. This will make you jump higher guaranteed.

I don't think that's possible.

1. You're short
2. You're too young to build any significant leg muscle to get up that high

Start doing leg exercises and in a couple of years you'll get there. But remember, dunking doesn't make a great basketball player. Dunking makes a great highlight reel.

13 is young and you are not that tall yet. Squats are the best exercise for jumping, but you are still too young for serious weight training. Give it 3 years. You'll be taller, and you can start lifting. In the meantime, to jump higher, just keep playing ball and jumping as much as you can.

To be able to jump higher, stand on a step of you stairs, put your toes on the edge and lift yourself up and down. It helps build your muscles that you jump with alot.
