i've heard a device called tv tuner. maybe it's kind of or other name of tv card.
if you go to the electronic computer store and ask for it, they will know what you want.

go to the local computer store and ask for the tuner, and hopefully you will have some one to install it, its pretty nice...

you can buy and hdtv set with an hdmi port and connect your computer to that so that way you will have a big screen monitor if you can afford it thats the best way
