from what I understand... he's a recovering alcoholic...

and that's all well and good... and I don't hold it against him...

but, to be fair, I know some recovering alcoholics that did MANY things that they have NO IDEA that they did...

so ... you have him being a wealthy kid in the 70s when coke was everywhere and everyone was doing it... and he was wasted on alcohol...

I would be surprised almost if he didn't... yet... I don't really think it matters all that much and I don't think there would be a way to prove it, if he did or didn't...

just because you can't prove something, doesn't mean it's not true... you can't prove there is a God, but it doesn't mean there isn't one...

I am concerned what you mean by a common liberal lie. So for the record, yes, bush did some coke, he was a bit of a hell-raiser when he was young, and an embarrassment to his family. He joined the national guard, to avoid Vietnam but thought that campaigning for another republican was a good reason not to be present. He stated that he doesn't remember flying while in the National Guard.
Laura Bush is guilty of vehicular homicide. These are not lies but facts.

yes that was a known fact way before he ever became president. He was also part of the skulls when he went to yale. He has a horrible past. Every business he has owned he has driven into the dirt so its not suprising he is digging a big hole now.

That rumor exists, based upon opportunities and stories. It's unusual anymore not to have tried a drug or two at his age and in his business circles. He was a drinker, though.

It must be a lie because there is no credible source to state otherwise.

No it isn't true.

It was a supposition by a person writing a trashy "biography."
The book never even made it to press.

There is no evidence to indicate that he did.He says he didn't.Only President Bush knows for sure but without anything to suggest otherwise I have to say no.

He may have, but I'm sure he's not the only politician who has tried that drug or another. And that's meaning all political parties.
