Say you were in a football game, and you won the coin toss. Would you want to receive right away, or would you rather wait and start off the second half by receiving?

kick. but it also depends on the opponent. if i know the opponenet is gonna be tough and a match and that the game will be close-i'll want to kick so the first half can play out and see what's what.if i know i'm a running team-and i get the ball in the second half-aaaaaaaaand i'm leading starting off the second half

i'd want the ball first so i can try to put together a drive long enough to kill as much time as possible.

if its a chump team i know i'm gonna roll over- give me the ball first so i can start running up the score early.

I always like to wait until the 2nd half to get the ball. I want my defense to go out and set the tone. Then in the 2nd half I would like for the offense to take control of the game and ram the ball down the defense's throat! Of course, the other team may have something to say about that. But that's the way I would run the game.

it depends. if you have a high powered offense..you definitely wanna recieve on the opening kickoff and be sure to get in the endzone to try and keep your opponent playing from behind the whole game. but if defense is your strongest point, then you wanna defer to the second half because your defense will always hold up and you'll have momentum going into halftime knowing that you get the ball after the break.

It depends on what type of team i have...If i have the Bears or Ravens defense i would want to kick because i am confident my team can force a 3 and out and we can get the ball in good field position. If i had a team like the Colts i would want to recieve because if i score it will apply pressure on the opposing team and make them feel they have to catch up.

I would say recieve. The offense needs to establish momentum to help the defense. There are only 60 minutes in a game and the team who goes first has the first chance to set the momentum which can determine a game or even the season.

If I had a great defense, I would kick. If I had a great offense, I would recieve.

kick because you then get the ball back at half so if your up at half you then get the ball right back.

always receive, because you always want to get the lead first, its easier to play when you have the lead.
