Well, which one would you rather have? I'd rather have an Xbox 360. That would provide alot of entertainment and you can always buy a cheapie mp3 player later.

The xbox 360 should be your choice. You can play games,watch movies and listen to music on the xbox 360. What can the U2 ipod do? Not much.

I think you should buy a x-box 360 the some U2 ipods carry viruses and can pass them onto your computer its best if you get the 360.

The iPod. My niece has the 1st gen U2 iPod without video, and I would love to have the new version. Just don't have the $$. I'm not a big fan of xbox. I have a PS2 (would like the PS3) and a Wii. I'm okay without the xbox.

I guess that depends on how big of a U2 fan you are. I don't own an X-Box, but I'm in my 30s and I don't play a hell of a lot of video games. I do, however, own the U2 ipod. It's essentually every song they've recorded... with a few left off the song list. If you're a fan of their newer stuff it's an excellent way to get associated with their older stuff. But it's really for fans like me who have grown up with the band. It's entirely up to you.

A 360. Add some music to your 360 and bam you have a 360 ipod :P jk but just keep it in mind that you can add music to your 360 and play it while you play a game. And who needs Netflix or Blockbuster when you have Xboxlive. You can buy movies, music and TV shows.
