No you don't have to be 18 or older to get on this site. It is recommended that anyone under 18 have an adults permission before logging on and signing up, but that's just a standard disclaimer. Yer little sister should be fine posting stuff on here. There is the occasional lewd weirdo that courses through the site, but generally things are pretty tame around here, despite the touchy subjects and heated 'conversations' and banter between the users.
