That depends on the exact airports and the dates. Go to http://www.bookingbuddy.com and enter the dates and airports; then you can check out the airline sites, expedia, orbitz, and travelocity without having to re-enter all that information. If your plans are flexible enough that it doesn't matter if you have a 6am flight or an 11pm flight, you can often get good deals at http://www.hotwire.com or http://www.priceline.com . But I'm more likely to use them for hotels instead of flights, as I don't like very early flights where I have to get up at 4am or something.
