Wash it often and at least use a spray detailer (I use Turtle Wax) after drying. I use a traditional wax about twice a year and my paint job looks just as good as it did when it was off the showroom. Remember, it's the clearcoat that protects the paint from oxidizing (i.e. fading), so as long as you keep it clean, you'll be fine.

Avoid using harsh soaps to clean it. Use a good protective wax that blocks UV rays. Keep it covered, like parking it in a garage or carport out of the sun.
