Subscribe to Dish Network order all south Indian channels. If you watch those channels. In a week's time your friends will notice a change in your accent and in two weeks even you will have problem understanding yourself. Best to you.

You have to image someone talkin with an indian acient and image you talking like that and start talkin

watch a bunch of simpsons episodes with that indian kickie mart guy in them you could also listen to some indian radio stations and make friends with people with indian accents

I think you should go to someone that speaks English and Indian language. Ask them can they help you speak Indian.
