You can't get out of it. You are stuck paying support until your kid(s) turns either 18 or 21, depending on the state you live in. You may however, be able to get your support reduced if you can prove unfairness in the support settlement. If you really feel that you got the bad end of the deal, then you need to find a good lawyer or some really good legal advice and go back to court. If you live in or near a major city, you can usually find free or low cost legal help through the courts (some unions offer free or low cost legal referrals, too). Start keeping detailed financial records if you don't already.

Oh sure don't pay child support and try to get out of it maybe you can run long enough so when your child grows up it will realize what a slime bag you are. There is noway out of it. Why don't you want to take care of your kids? If she got everything you own then it must have been your fault. It's crazy to me that you don't want your house back, you don't won't your car back, you don't want joint custody of your kids. You want to know how can you be a dead beat dad. So Sad. That's good she got everything you own, because you sure as hell lack good sense. It's a good thing she did get her kids away from you.

Its not about who got what, and "why" did she get everything, were you the perfect husband???? But anyway the issue, its your obligation and duty to provide for your children. Did the children have a choice to come into this world??? No, they did not, you chose for them and its your job as their father to provide for them as best as you can and not just financially, but being a part of their lives. Ok, so you got divorced, boo hoo, it happens and it does not matter whose fault it was, what matters is that both parents "have" to do what is best for the children, plain and simple!!!!!!!
