For the most part I am against the death penalty, however Saddam, if in jail for life would at some point be gotten out by his followers raiding the prison.
He was such a viscous man that I think he would be back in power if that happened.
If he thought he had it rough here, just wait for him to be involved with 72 virgins:)

They should of had him died in jail. Killing him has only made him a martyr, since the release of the video tape, his death will be forever part of history. The us has took him out of the context of just being a man, to that being someone that died for a cause, by this more harm has been done. People who say, yes, it was for the best, say so in ignorance.

i think it was a quick way to die but a just way. he should have known the terror that when he woke that day he had to dress and sit and wait and the mental touture of that was probably something he never knew. but also the people he murdered did not even get the compassion that was given to him in his final hours, he just shot and raped and hung innocent people on a premice of doing nothing wrong he just felt they should die. did you really see any remorse when his two sons died? jis own flesh and blood and he like a coward and a killer like he was was running and hiding claiming his sons are with ala now. no compassion their either. i think in the end when we all meet our maker whatever we perceive our higher power to be then we will know whats right and wrong. and i think that what we did to saddam is far less than what he faced when he went to his god~

it is morally incorrect because what ever the reason he's president of a united states and grow to be secure (would nicely be a series) of people and the rustic from others. Now the nationwide resources are bounded with different united states like US and uk. in this technology each and each of the folk by skill of the globe are nicely knowledgeable and study the cost of a human existence. If he did the blunders of killing the folk, an same could no longer do by using others. we ought to provide a probability to teach how the hot authorities ruling the rustic to him

well i can see where those that say he should have been in jail for life come from. One feels that a man who has brought so much pain and anguish should suffer, and what better way to suffer than to live miserably and rot away in a jail sell till you die, instead of a speedy death

i think about this alot. the man needed to die sure. that's a given, but..... It is no turning point for this war. this was the media fun day for the people. but remember, we were sent over to find chemical weapons. and there was none. i am sent there every year for the honor and glory of the worlds biggest gas station. but in general he was a evil man, but the media wanted to show we are winning the war on "terrorism"

His exacusion was the right thing to do. I mean, think about it. All of those lives that he and his "allies" took. Him sitting in jail eating cheetos for the rest of his life isnt a bad deal. Id want to eat cheetos for the rest of my life.
