hey...they're good! i'm a guy who loves to cook, so I really enjoyed what I saw...suggestion for those of us who are veggie...maybe just mention that you could substitute tofu or tempeh in recipes like fried rice in place of chicken...but, really...entertaining, informative, and fun. nice work!
