My team has been really , really frustrating me . Why? I've got three reasons . One , my "side-coach"( he is my teammate's step dad) he acts like a big know-it-all and he shows off a lot , the problem is that he tries to tell what the team should do but he can't even prove that he can do it and it's making my dad mad and the team and my main coach. What ever the main coach tells us to do he tells us to do something differently which is making our games difficult. Even against a team that barely knows how to play Basketball!Another problem is his step-son , he is very arrogant and hard-headed he shows off about how much he can do and by the time we go to the game he humiliates us! We tried everything we must me , the team , and our main coach but he is still acting like he is the big star!

The side coach's step son is a small forward his step dad thinks he is point guard . This guy can barely dribble or run fast or handle the ball as well as our other point guard that our coach would rather use our weak forwards for his position!
Our other problem is that we have too many players that the good ones can barely get to play , the rules of our league is to make sure EVERYONE in the team gets to play. The number of players that we have are about 8.
What do you think that the team and I and the main coach can do about this problem?

i think u should get rid of that guy u dont need someone to ruin your team and make them loose

get rid of the assistant coach! that seems like the only way.

u can try to tell him or talk to the person who runs the league
