i know at first the hair will grow thicker than usual, but if you continuously pluck for years and years will the hair eventually stop growing?

eventually plucking hair causes damage to the follicle, and hair follicles that are damaged do not grow hair. which is why, after years, that most women find they don't have as many stray brow hairs to pluck.

It all dependsd on if you pucked the TRUE roots out

for Example have no eyeborws was a style back in the days and pucking them so much you can pull out the roots causing the hair to never grow back
