"You must be at least 17 years old for hourly employment opportunities with Hooters of America, Inc. and at least 18 or 21 for the Hooters Girl position depending on local alcohol service laws."

I would think legal drinking age for wherever you are... but I don't know exactly. I say legal drinking age because I know they serve alcohol.... but if you're curious, go in and inquire, or call. However if you're just turning 16, your parents likely wouldn't approve of it, then again, I dont know what you're parents are like ... or you for that matter.
