If someone attack me with a monster card and i active raigeki breaks during this batlle phase then will the monster destroy or i accept the damage first?

If you activate Raigeki Break to destroy a monster attacking you then the monster is destroyed before damage calculation occurs and you take no damage.

There will be a replay. a replay is what happens when you activate a trap card during your opponent's battle phase so he can change his mind (to choose what creature to attack, to choose which creature will attack). If you activate Raigeki break, then raigeki break will destroy the monster first before it can attack.
