Baltimore received no more than they deserved! The Irsays may have moved the Colts to Indianapolis, but then the City of Baltimore enticed Art Model to move the Cleveland Browns to Baltimore (renamed the Ravens only because Cleveland petitioned the NFL to allow the city to retain the Browns' name ant the teams' records): therefore, Baltimore is no more innocent of shady dealings than is Indianapolis!
