Well first of all, I do not know where this receipt is. But from what you had in the question, this is a large sum that is not worth for an update. I do not know where you got this '' update'' but if you really did go to symantec, it should't have cost that much unless you were buying for more than one computer. Now this is my opinion but I prefer Zonealarm for its excellent firewall but symantec is also a good choice as well.
