Tron is the movie that you are looking for. Jeff Bridges stars in it as a computer programmer who is sucked into the world of the computer. It is pretty good, and the visual graphics are too for being one of the first (if not THE first) to use computer generated images. It was made in the early 80's, and is out on DVD.

the movie is called tron and starred bruce boxlightner and jeff bridges as 2 of the players.

dont really know, but i do know that it is one of the levels in kingdom hearts 2. i would suggest doing a google search on the storyline of kingdom hearts 2, and from there see if it has a reference to what movie or whatever its from.
