I have a LG camera cell phone and when I turn it on to do anything, it says SMART CHIP IS BLOCKED.............

how do i fix that problem?

You can try to turn it off and remove the chip, put it back in, and turn back on. If that doesn't work, call your carrier and get them to run it through their system.
