Have a hot cup of tea after you have had a hot bath or shower. Get into bed with a heating pad or hot water bottle. I think you are getting a cold and thus feeling chilly.

Maybe your blood flow isint that good or your you have no fat covering any of your bones to keep you warm

No, every girl I've ever had a relationship has had that same complaint, and most of those women have been small and petite. It's normal.

no it is just that way. I have mine on 75 and I usually have it on 68 but it is just friggin frigid in NE. Wish the rabbi was here, lol.
