I personally prefer the 8gb iPod nano because that's what I have. I use my iPod for music only, that's it. I have my camera phone for the pictures and a TV in my room. I don't really think you need the video feature. I'd rather watch TV shows and movies on TV.

It depends which one you want! Although the I-pod video is more than the Nano, I like it better. I believe this because it has certain features that the Nano can not do. Such the displaying of movies, videos, and FM radio. If you would like to have something with an FM Radio, Video, and Movie, then get the 30gb I-pod video. It all depends on a matter of opinion. By the way. Go onto Buy.com to get the best deals for I-pods. I'm not joking!

definitely the 30gb ipod with video. it is more modern and has so many cabapabilities.
You can play videos, movies, games, store photos, convert it to a hard drive and store files, and sync your email address book to it. the 2nd generation ipod doesn't do all of that. also, 30 gigs is a lot more than 8. with 8gb you can hold about 750 song, the 30 gig holds 7500 songs. hope that helped you decide. I have a 30g video, i am never without it.

definately the ipod video because it is also very small and lightweight, you can put videos in it, you have a hard disk that's almost 4 times bigger in space, you can put games on it and it has a bigger screen. Mine is 1 year old and I've had no problems with it so far. Hope this helps.

well they r both about the same price so go with the video because you can watch movies but if you want a smaller one the nano is better

i'd get the ipod video, but if you don't plan on using the video feature, it would probably be better to get the 8gb so you don't have to spend as much money
