In the mission " Salting The Earth " Why does it show a movie and then in the movie the boat blows up and then it shows the credits and goes back to the start menu. I know it is not the end of the game because I am only 65% Done. Why does it do this? How can I fix it?

That is the very last mission. If you saved right before you did that mission you can do all the other side missions. Your 65% means you did 65% of the whole game. The whole game includes side missions and the main storyline. And yes it does suck that they don't let you continue free roam after you beat the game, because if you want 100% you are forced to do every side mission and then do the "salting the earth" final mission.
And BTW you were blown up in that explosion if you didn't know.
