I don't think there is anything that has a short term effect so that what you eat for supper makes you better in bed that night.

Longterm, however, avoiding meat will enhance your sexual function. Longterm vegetarians retain their full sexual powers to a much older age than guys who scarf down a lot of meat. That may be because their arteries and other blood vessels stay healthier, and they are less likely to need blood pressure medicine, which can lead to ED. But we're talking years here, not hours!
